Our model, not your data

KUKI is built around our own model. We generate synthetic personas — statistical profiles grounded in three data sources:

• Public data — census, open government statistics, published polling, electoral records.
• Licensed datasets — commercial data we purchase from providers like Kantar under their license terms.
• Client-proprietary data — your organization’s own first-party data, if you bring it in. It stays scoped to your tenant.

We do not use large language models to process your personal information, your contacts, or your organization’s confidential data in any cross-customer way. The prompts you type feed our simulation of synthetic personas; they do not train any model.

What KUKI does not do

• No real people. Every persona is synthetic. We don’t identify, target, or profile real voters, customers, or employees.
• No training on your inputs. The prompts, feedback, and notes you submit never become training data.
• No synthetic-content generation at scale. KUKI is for internal decision rehearsal, not astroturf or fake social media.

What you should know about limits

Simulations carry uncertainty. Every run ships with confidence intervals and methodology notes. A real focus group or a real A/B test is still the right call at go-live for anything material.

Feedback & quality

Every AI-generated surface carries a thumbs-up / thumbs-down button. Negative feedback is reviewed manually by the team and feeds future calibration of our model.
